Why I started
The GLP-1 Nutrition Clinic
I'm a Registered Dietitian who has dedicated almost a decade to supporting individuals with weight management, prediabetes, PCOS, high cholesterol, gut health, and the long list of conditions that rarely travel alone.I've spent most of my career watching weight loss get framed as a willpower problem. It isn't. It never was. Weight is shaped by biology, metabolism, hormones, and an environment that was never designed to make any of this easy. That's not a motivational reframe — it's just what the evidence says.When GLP-1 medications arrived, I understood why so many women felt something shift. For the first time, the biology was being addressed directly. It was a genuine clinical breakthrough — and I saw the difference it made.But I also saw what was missing.
Women were leaving appointments with a prescription and very little else. No guidance on what to eat when appetite disappears. No explanation for the fatigue, the hair loss, the plateau that arrives without warning. No support for what comes after the medication — which, for most people, is the part that determines whether any of this lasts.That gap is why I built The GLP-1 Nutrition Clinic.

Since becoming a Dietitian, I've sat with woman after woman in clinic carrying the same quiet exhaustion when it came to their weight — working hard, spending real money, and still feeling like they're failing at something other people manage easily.
