No. This isn’t about rigid / set calorie plans or perfection. GLP-1 therapy already changes how you eat — my role is to help you adapt safely and thoughtfully, focusing on nourishment, priorities, and what feels manageable. This also applies even if you are not on GLP-1 therapy.
Some people find one session sufficient to start their journey, while others prefer a continuing support model. We can also discuss whether a package may be more appropriate. I am happy to accommodate however much support you require to achieve success.
